Installation method:
I. installation method of expansion bolt
1. Measure whether the hole size is consistent with the door frame size. If it is smaller than the door frame size, remove the redundant ash skin.
2. Erect the hole position of the anti-theft door to make the decorative edge of the frame close to the wall. Draw marks according to the six φ 14.5 holes on the side of the frame, move the door frame out of the hole, drill holes with φ 14.5 drill bit, push the door into the hole, insert M10 steel expansion bolt, and tighten the nuts with socket wrench.
II. Method of filling cement
1. If the frame is made of polyurethane foam, cement shall not be filled; if the frame is not made of polyurethane foam, cement shall be used to fill, so that the anti-theft door and the edge opening are not hollow, and the installation is more firm.
2. Before filling cement, paper pad shall be used between the door frame and both sides of the door leaf, and the door shall be closed for filling.
3. When filling cement, do not press too much, so as not to deform the door frame and affect the opening.
4. After 6 hours of filling cement, remove the paper pad, open the door, and clean the cement at the lock hole of the door frame...
Installation points
(1) the anti-theft door shall be installed in accordance with the type of anti-theft door to be used and the appropriate installation method shall be adopted.
(2) the door frame of the anti-theft door can be fixed with the wall by the expansion bolt, or the iron parts can be embedded in the hole when building the wall, and the connection parts of the door frame can be welded firmly during the installation.
(3) no matter what connection method is adopted between the door frame and the wall, there shall be no less than 3 anchor points on each side, and they shall be firmly connected.
(4) when installing the anti-theft door, it shall be straightened and hoisted first. After the size is appropriate, it shall be temporarily fixed, corrected and adjusted. If there is no error, it can be connected and anchored.
(5) it is required that the sliding door shall be flexible after installation; the side door shall be easy to open and tightly closed.
(6) anti theft device shall be installed between door frame and door leaf or other parts.
(7) the handle, door lock, observation hole and other hardware accessories on the anti-theft door shall be complete; the password protection lock, electronic alarm password system, door bell paging and other devices on the multi-functional anti-theft door shall be effectively improved.
(8) it is required that the clearance between the ground plane and the ground plane shall not be more than 5mm.
